Val will encourage you, through a series of personal disciplines, to know that once you are prepared properly to do a private sitting, you can bring forward to evidence, the personality and the emotion of the Spirit communicator.

In this way the sitter should actually FEEL the presence of their loved ones, this bringing healing to the recipients. You will be encouraged to interact with your guides for the preparation, and to understand how important it is to your sitters that you present yourself as a Professional medium, showing your respect for your guides, the sitter and ultimately for the Spirit communicators. Once your personal disciplines are in your place Val hopes you will enjoy the whole process more.

Do you understand your own Mediumship?
Do you know if you are working with Clairaudience/ Clairsentience/ Clairvoyance? and do you know when you are using a combination of all three?
During this short course there will be times to practice your Mediumship, with a view to recognizing when you change from one aspect to the other, as well as realizing when you are confidently giving evidence from the Spirit communicator.
The Subconscious mind is a valuable part of development, housing as it does everything you experience and you will be encourage to take a little time to recapture the moments you are communicating evidential information, from Spirit to your recipients.
